When we ship: Items will be shipped within two business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Our warehouses are located in the Midwest and most shipments are delivered within a few days. Holidays on which orders will not be shipped are: Memorial Day Where we ship: We are able to ship to the entire United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We also have limited service to Canada. Shipping costs: Shipping charges will be added to each order.Taxes: All applicable taxes will be added to your order. How to return: Please call ACE at 1-800-521-0874 to get an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) within ninety (90) days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns will be authorized after ninety (90) days. Please refer to manufacturer warranties for product issues after ninety (90) days. How to prepare items
for return: Call the ACE staff for instructions to the proper method of shipping. Receiving Credit: After we receive and inspect your items, your Ford Parts Statement account will be credited for the price of items returned within sixty (60) days (if the item was originally invoiced through your parts statement). Return freight and shipping and use fees will be handled according to the following (subject to restrictions): 1. For damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, ACE will pay return freight. Shipping and user fees will be credited for cases in which an entire order is being returned. 2. For all other items, ACE will not pay for return freight. We will deduct the actual freight charge from the customer's credit. NO credit will be given for shipping and use fees. Restrictions: Any items that are not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be in like-new condition and include original packages with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. Certain opened items carry restrictions regarding returns: business machines (printers, fax machines, calculators, recorders, projectors) and consumable products (cleaning supplies, paper) that have been opened may only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect. Otherwise, no returns will be accepted on these opened items.ACE pricing philosophy is to build strong relationships with wholesalers and manufacturers so we can pass the savings and selection on to you. We believe all our customers should receive the best value and lowest possible prices. ACE understands that the information you provide is sensitive in nature. For your protection, all information transmitted on our site is secured using encryption and security technology and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Also, ACE will only charge items to your dealership’s parts statement account when you authorize us to do so by your use of a password. ACE will maintain complete privacy of your personal information. We will never sell, trade, or otherwise distribute any personal information.

ACE has a supply of paper-based catalogs on the various product

to make a request. Because we ship approved items to you
immediately, there's no "window of opportunity" for
cancellation. The only time we're able to cancel an item you have
requested is if it is backordered, in which case you will have the
option of canceling it as long as it hasn't been shipped. In all
other cases, if you decide that you want to cancel an item after
submitting a request for it, you will have to wait until you
receive the full order and return the item upon receipt.
Appropriate sales taxes that are applicable to
your dealership will be calculated by Ford Motor Company and added
to your parts statement invoice.
For those dealers who prefer not to be invoiced on the Ford Parts Statement, ACE accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Business customers may apply for ACE business credit. Payment terms for business credit are net 30 days, payable by company check, money order, cashier's check or company credit card in U.S. dollars only. Personal checks are not accepted unless the business credit is established in the name on the check. There will be a $15 charge for all returned checks. A finance charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate allowed by law, will be charged for payments received after the due date. If an account balance is delinquent or in default, we may not authorize a purchase and we, at our discretion, may cancel the business credit account. As part of the business credit application process, we may investigate your credit and verify your credit references. We also may report to credit reporting agencies and other creditors the status and payment history of your business credit account including any negative credit information. To apply for ACE business credit, please call 1-800-521-874 for a credit application then fax the completed form to us at 1-586-445-6763 or download it.If you need technical support with a non-defective product, call 1-800-521-0874 or e-mail us at sales@acesupply.com and we provide direct assistance or will forward the appropriate manufacturer's number to you via phone or e-mail within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday. Most products are in stock at one of our
warehouses. Due to the large number of products we offer and the
popularity of some items, a warehouse may occasionally not have an item
in stock. We will automatically backorder items that are not in stock.
Most backordered items are shipped within one (1) week.
ACE’s online catalog has a shopping list
feature that automatically records all previous orders. When repeat
items are needed, go directly to the history files..
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, ACE shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. ACE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. Note: for
non-parts statement orders or orders with non-business terms;
if your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, ACE shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price.
